JJ Mack has been helping people with their mortgage financing since 2005.  He has received several different forms of credentials that allow him to be much more than just a loan officer, but a mortgage expert, starting with his Bureau of Real Estate License, National Mortgage License: Federal and State and also the Ethics and Mortgage Lending Best Practices Schooling. The Mack family has been in the mortgage banking and brokering industry for two generations, building up the Mack name for people to know and trust.

JJ’s business is built on one solid foundation – relationships.  He takes pride in educating his clients.  JJ tries to make it a point to meet with every client and help them understand the process of a mortgage loan.  This includes discussing a client’s debt structure, income, investments, among other matters that relate to a success in Real Estate.  JJ feels that the more he can educate his clients on, the better they will be when it comes to making their most important financial decision; home ownership!  Because of this his clients become raving fans!  JJ Mack went to Pacific Union College, is married to Megan and has two German Shepherd dogs.  When JJ isn’t helping people succeed in home ownership he enjoys traveling, hiking and skiing at his favorite getaway place, Tahoe.

LISA FINK

SENIOR PROCESSOR

Lisa Fink has become a wonderful asset to the JJ Mack Team.  She works behind the scenes to make sure that all the paperwork and documentation gets submitted correctly.  She also keeps every loan on track and validates that we close our clients homes on time or earlier.  With an array of experience from working at a title company, to an assistant to a loan officer and as a processor, she has seen the mortgage process and how it happens in different ways.  This allows Lisa to understand what needs to happen on every situation in order to help our clients get the loan they are looking for without a hitch.

Lisa’s best qualities are that she is highly motivated, she takes great pride in her work and is a team player.  Some of her favorite things are camping, being outdoors and BBQing with her family.

LINDSAY BORIS

LOAN PARTNER

Lindsay Boris is our energetic and determined loan partner. Her duties are to keep communication open with our clients on a daily basis and make sure that we have everything needed from all parties. On a daily basis you can find her talking to our customers and referral partners by phone, email, text or face to face. She is an essential part of the JJ Mack Team, making sure everyone is completely happy and satisfied with the work we are putting in. Lindsay is remarkable at customer service and most customers and referral partners end up befriending Lindsay by the end of the process because of her caring nature and enthusiastic spirit.

In Lindsay’s free time you can find her enjoying the great outdoors camping, hiking, skiing, biking or pretty much anything under the sun!

Emily Knieriem is a quietly confident force behind the scenes at American Pacific Mortgage, bringing warmth, dedication, and an unshakable work ethic to her role as a Loan Officer Assistant.

Rian brings the best of both worlds to the JJ Mack Team — expert event coordination and smart, strategic marketing. Since 2018, she’s been planning and executing standout events while also driving marketing efforts that elevate our brand and support our partners. With a background in Liberal Arts and a degree in Public Relations focused on marketing, Rian blends creativity with precision, ensuring every event is memorable and every campaign hits the mark.

From client appreciation nights to digital content strategies, Rian is the engine behind the experiences that set us apart. She’s a go-to for our agents and clients who want help with marketing ideas, branding support, or event planning to grow their own business.

Outside of work, Rian volunteers at community events, supports Sacramento’s arts and theatre scene, and loves to travel — though she’s never far from her phone and always happy to help.
